We are seeking well trained and experienced Interventional Cardiologists
who are able to function independently. Successful applicants should be
able to handle a wide array of cardiovascular conditions and must be
comfortable dealing with acute cardiac emergencies including performing
primary angioplasty and stent placement in acute MI patients. Successful
candidates will function as part of a cohesive team in a well equipped
comprehensive Heart Hospital with access to several Cath Labs and
Nuclear Medicine Labs
Other duties include General Cardiology Consultation (both outpatient and inpatient), performance and interpretation of other cardiac diagnostic techniques not limited to Echo, TEE, Stress Echo, Tilt Table Testing, 24 Hour ambulatory ECG and BP monitoring etc
Ability to implant Pacemakers and ICDs would be a significant advantage
Successful candidate must be computer literate and able to effectively document information in electronic medical records and be part of our enterprise wise Telemedicine program
Current GMC Registration or US board certification and Licensure is a Plus
On Call Responsibility is a requirement

Position Requirements
Doctorate, 1 to 2 Years work experience
Strong Clinical Skills, excellent bed
side manners, strong communication skills both written, verbal and non
verbal, Able to get along well with colleagues and subordinates. Ability
to build relationships with patients, referring physicians, practice
partners and the community to build an independent practice
